I'm so glad I read your reviews before I placed an order. I was excited about the items I wanted and couldn't wait to place my order. Then I read the reviews so unfortunate that this is problem company.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased product from Northstyle. My order was place on 9/2/22, I contacted them on 9/12 stating that I have not received my order and then the very next day they sent me an email that the order has shipped! Which meant the order sat in their warehouse 10 days without being processed. It still has not arrived and I paid $22.95 for shipping which should mean you get your product within a couple of days. VERY SLOW shipping. I hope the order arrives soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

Northstyle customer service is the…

Northstyle customer service is the absolute worst. If I could give this review zero stars I would. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them this morning trying to resolve an issue, and I got transferred from person to person until I finally ran out of time. It's still not resolved. They simply don't care. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, but it won't happen again.

I love their clothes

I love their clothes. Knowing how slow their shipping is, I recently paid EXTRA for next day delivery. I received the item two days later after 6 p.m. It's too bad, b/c as I said, I love their clothes.

Horrible Company. Stay Away From Them

I'd give North Style (and its sister company Nature's Jewelry) a "0" if I could. Both are nothing more than a scam. Received promotional e-mails with free shipping then get a message that the site can't process my order and I need to talk to customer service. Customer service won't honor free shipping offer. I cancelled the order, but who knows as the service rep did take down my card info.

Tried to order a rather expensive item

Tried to order a rather expensive item, for me. Their website on my phone had a sale price, which wasn't all that great, and my laptop had no sale price. The so called customer service person had no clue. They have alot of nerve charging $20 S&H, & if u need to return it's about the same - total rip-off. Will not order from them, ever!

NORTH STYLE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I try to place an order with a bank card that has over $7,000.00 in the account and works with every other company and their system tells me 'We're sorry, but we cannot process your order; We have encountered an issue with your credit card. For security purposes your email and IP address have been logged for further investigation. Call our customer service line t 1-877-756-4075 for assistance' and then no one at customer service can do anything to correct their error!

Returns are a nightmare and very costly.

Don’t buy from this company because if you have to return anything, they don’t make it easy and it will cost you a lot of money!!! I ordered 3 items on 8/2 and received them on 8/10. Unfortunately they did not fit so I return them the next day on 8/11. I didn’t get any emails saying my returned was received, so on the 8/26, (15 days later) I checked the tracking number and it said it had NOT been delivered?…. So I called NS, I was told they revived the return on the 8/24 which was 2 days earlier and I would get a refund in a day or two. On 9/2, (7 days later) still no refund , so I called again…..I was told I didn’t get my my refund because the person I spoke to on 8/26 didn’t process the refund? I said what, I requested a refund to my card on the return slip so why would that person have to process my refund? No explanation but I was told again it would be a day or two for my refund….Here’s the best part. What I purchased had a grand total of $125.86. My refund will be $108.79 . It cost $17.07 to ship this and return it but they charge taxes on shipping ( which I don’t think is legal) and they don’t give refunds for taxes charged on shipping or the additional $1.00 they charged labeled carrier imposed surcharged.

Janky Customer Service

I have ordered from North Style in the past and it's been okay, but not great. One time I got a sweater that arrived with a hole in it. I didn't even bother to send it back. Other orders arrived with no problem. I placed an order 8/14/22 and when I checked on the status via email and phone, they claimed there was no order. It's on their website as an order in process, but they claim they have no record of it. At least they haven't charged my credit card...yet.

DO NOT sign up for their VIP service

DO NOT sign up for their VIP service. You will never be able to cancel it and they will bleed your account dry If you request a cancellation they will transfer you and transfer you and put you on hold and next month you card will be dinged again
